We're coming back to Adelaide.

Join a room of ambitious women in business choosing to be the change in this world.

The first Adelaide gathering surprised a lot of us,

including some of the women who almost didn't come.

Honest conversation, real connection,

nothing that felt like a networking event.

So we're doing it again.

Where this began.

Baya started in 2024 between two women in Balmain who kept ending up having the same conversation. Both were running businesses from their dining tables. Both had built serious things in their own fields. Both were holding too much in their own heads.

So they built the room they needed.

The first Baya gathering was on the floor of a lounge room, a handful of women, six honest questions, no networking. Over two years later, the community is still meeting fortnightly in Balmain. Members have scaled, hired, recalibrated, and built businesses they can sustain.

The Return of Women Gathering is Baya's invitation to women in Adelaide who recognise the same absence and want a room that does what most rooms don't.

A facilitated, intimate gathering of 30 women.

Designed for women carrying business, leadership, and life simultaneously and ready to do it with women around them who understand both halves.

All proceeds from The Return of Women Gathering — Adelaide

are donated to Samah Projects, an Australian charity supplying displaced women in Lebanon with female sanitary products, community support, and aid.

Pernille Sejer and Eman Serhan are the co-founders of Baya.

Eman is originally from Adelaide and has recently returned.

Pernille is travelling from Sydney for the event.

Both have been running Baya rooms in Sydney since January 2024. Both will be in the room with you in Adelaide.
