The Return of

Women Gathering

A series of intimate, facilitated evenings for women in business — founders, business owners, creatives, and ambitious women who are ready to stop building it alone.

The Return of Women Gathering is Baya's invitation to women beyond Balmain who recognise the same absence we kept noticing in our own work, and who want a room that does what most rooms have been trying to do for years.

Two events in 2026. The first opens what we've been quietly building since January 2024.

Join us in the Blue Mountains for renewed clarity, stronger leadership, and momentum for what comes next. Be part of an immersive experience created for women who are building serious businesses.

A small group of experienced female founders will gather for the first Baya Retreat, three days designed for thoughtful dialogues, powerful insights, strategic recalibration and the kind of perspective that only emerges when ambitious women come together with honesty and intention.

If this feels aligned with where you are in your journey, register your interest below to be among the first invited to attend.
